8 Refreshing Summer Smoothies

We recently got a Vitamix and I have been making smoothies every day! For some who absolutely loved this kitchen gadget growing up, I’m surprised it’s taken me so long to get one myself!

I always gravitate toward smoothies with peanut butter in them. It’s just a personal favorite. And what I’ve been making daily berry peanut butter with banana! It’s soooo good.

Ingredients:

1 banana
2 tbs peanut butter
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp chia seeds

1/2 cup mixed frozen berries

Hit blend and voila!

I’m all about finding easy ways to get some of my greens and fruits mixed together, so here are some other recipes I’ve been meaning to try!

Berry Spinach Avocado Smoothie (yum)

    Yum! I make smoothies most mornings and mine always have a scoop of protein powder + greens for calcium – my perimenopausal power smoothie! 😂
