We recently got a Vitamix and I have been making smoothies every day! For some who absolutely loved this kitchen gadget growing up, I’m surprised it’s taken me so long to get one myself!
I always gravitate toward smoothies with peanut butter in them. It’s just a personal favorite. And what I’ve been making daily berry peanut butter with banana! It’s soooo good.
Ingredients:
1 banana
2 tbs peanut butter
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
Hit blend and voila!

Yum! I make smoothies most mornings and mine always have a scoop of protein powder + greens for calcium – my perimenopausal power smoothie! 😂
