“He is Risen!” Matthew 28:6 . Happy Easter!

The Austin Bloggers have teamed up for another holiday shoot! This time, our happy hour is a picnic in the park. And our beverage of choice is pink lemonade :)

It was the windiest of afternoons and we did our best to hold down our picnic cloth, (HAIR), food & drinks, while we snacked, took pictures, and caught up with each other. There were flyaway hairs, spilled drinks, and tons of laughter. And as always, it was so much fun to catch up with my girls :)

We didn’t color coordinate beforehand, we just showed up in a color palette that seemed to fit perfectly together. I first wore a Lilly Pulitzer dress with my new shades from Diff Eyewear but quickly changed into a more suitable picnic outfit: a little floral romper. You might recognize my romper from my trip to Napa, and it has been a favorite piece in my closet. It’s long sold out but you can shop a similar one here. I feel extra grateful for starting a blog in a city where the community is as supportive and friendly as they are and I’m thankful to have forged such wonderful relationships with these girls. I love our (weekly, sometimes daily) text messages, helpful advice, and constant support. We’re all so different with our styles and stories but we come together quite nicely, don’t you think?
