Helllllloooo Weekend! I’m so excited to stay in tonight and relax on this freezing January day. I’m almost finished reading The Red Scarf and its a real page turner. It’s on of those on-your-mind-until-you-finish-it kind of reads so I really just need to get a bubble bath going and do my thang.

If I’m a good girl, I’ll wake up early tomorrow and hit the gym before running errands. Productive Saturday mornings seriously give me all the feels. I can’t wait.

Today its rather chilly. You just never know what kind of winter day you’re going to get in Texas. It will be 75 one day and you’ll break out your favorite romper and the next day you can’t go out without a hat and gloves. I can’t say I mind it much… I love the beautiful days, but I also being able to my sweaters, knits, and vests! Last year my sisters gifted me this amazing navy fringe sweater and it’s the warmest thing! I love the fringy details and being able to tie it up. Navy is also just a fabulous color. I’m sad that I can’t give you details to buy this specific sweater, but I found a very similar one that’s also from LOFT and currently on sale. Loft is also giving an extra 60% off this sweater without any necessary code! So go go go, check it out! It also ties like mine, it just doesn’t have the white band or fringe. LOFT runs large in my opinion, so I always order a size down!

Now I’m a firm believer that you can make any casual outfit look rad with your choice of shoes and bag. You’ve heard a lot about my Mingle Mini KW bag, but I don’t think I’ve said enough about my Vince Camuto Feina booties… I’m not sure what it is about Vince Camuto, but I fall in love with their booties every season. I bought these last fall when they were on super sale and I’m so glad I did because I missed my chance last year and my favorite pair sold out. Vince Camuto also has a shorter bootie that’s better for walking around all day. I just got some short ankle boots and I’m pumped about them because my feet get tired pretty easily. I’ll show you them soon :)

Now I have to tell you a little story that I found funny. This picture was shot in front of Planet Blue at the Domain and my friend Kaley works there. I was consumed with the reflective glass and thought by standing outside in front of some mannequins, the store attendants wouldn’t be able to see me.  But apparently Kaley was right up in the window watching me model….(ha! I’m such a dork). #POSESOHARD. I couldn’t stop laughing… #NOTAONEWAYWINDOW
