I am so excited to share this shoot with you guys today on The Autumn Girl. This session at Laguna Gloria was my favorite shoot I have done with Kelsey. She and I literally felt like we could have been thousands of miles away on the coast of Italy (wait til you see the rest!). If you are visiting Austin or are a local who hasn’t been to this spot, it’s a must! I feel like I’m walking around in a fairytale and Taylor Swift songs keep popping in my head…

You guys! I am so excited about suede & faux suede this fall. I stopped into Francesca’s couple of months ago and snagged this beautiful green dress. I love the neckline and the subtle cutout waistline that seems to hug me in the perfect spot. The second I showed my sister, she bought the exact same dress! I was so excited to photograph it and show it to you guys but it sold out SO quickly! However, as I searched faux suede on Francesca’s website, I found a ton of options! I just adore this shirt dress in pink and I love the color and sleeveless collar. It’s so cute and will be a perfect transitional piece for fall! I also love this olive dress that would slay with booties & a leather jacket. Or just heels & a long necklace! The reason I love suede so much is because I love the texture and the way it feels on my skin. It’s soft and even gives you a little warmth :) And faux suede is just as comfortable and more affordable!

Francesca’s actually has quite the selection of gorgeous fall dresses right now. I know- it’s 100 degrees out and I’m already talking about fall? But in the fashion world, we all tend to get a bit excited about the next season a little bit early. I’ll still be wearing light & bright clothing for the next month or so while we continue summer in Austin. But I like to get prepared :) I love this burgundy colored dress that would be the perfect ensemble for a wedding or date night. This dress is similar in style and color and has a little more texture- so beautiful! And gosh, I love these burgundy suede booties! So chic!
