I had coworkers over on Friday night for wine and crafts and E and I spent most of our weekend running errands and laying low. We watched the Superbowl with our Sunday School class and snacked on delicious appetizers. I brought over chocolate strawberry footballs, which if you saw my instagram post, realize had a low turn out rate in terms of aesthetics. But man, they were delicious! Eric made a delicious potato recipe. Neither were pretty. Both tasted awesome. Rock on.
Today I am sharing a fool proof simple recipe for Avocado Toast… one of the most delicious, satisfying snacks! Easy to make. And alwayssss looks pretty ;)
Ingredients:
2 oz Smoked Salmon
1 medium ripe Avocado
2 slices of bread (I used gluten free)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Pop your slices of bread in the toaster or on the frying pan
Cut your avocado in two and slice into small pieces
With a knife, spread your avocado onto the toast and lightly salt
Add salmon on top and sprinkle again with salt and add pepper
Your done. DELISH! Enjoy! :)
