I love pumpkin everything. It’s full of fiber, super healthy, and tastes awesome. Here’s a recipe for a little festive protein shake :) I love this for before or after a workout. If you don’t have whey protein lying around at home, no worries! It’s just as delicious and nutritious without it.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup pumpkin
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 banana
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions: It’s as simple as it gets. Throw all of these ingredients in a blender :) Enjoy!
