We were at a friend’s house recently and they served their kids rotisserie chicken. She bought it, pulled it apart, and threw it into tupperware for later use. Why had I forgotten about rotisserie chicken? Eric and I buy Costco brand to freeze, thaw, then cook. Honestly, it never really tastes that good.
