It’s literally been 20 years since I’ve owned a rain jacket and I’m wondering how I’ve gone without a closet essential for so long! Especially since rainy days have been frequent both here in Austin and back home in Chicago. I guess I’ve just rolled with a hoodie and an umbrella but now that I’ve got two kids to shuffle around town, I have less hands to carry things like umbrellas.
