I don’t frequent Trader Joe’s simply because it isn’t exactly convenient from where we live, nor can I grab some of those household items I need like diapers or prescriptions. BUT, I love Trader Joe’s. And I’ve been feeling a little bored with some of our meals and I was inspired to make something fun and different.
