Greetings from a chilly Austin! It’s finally feeling cool and crisp around here and I’m so excited for all the soups and cozy movies as we make our way towards Thanksgiving and the holiday season beyond.

My only goal this week is to have no kids home sick from school. Small victories, right? Actually I’d call that one a huge victory! Wish us luck.

I’ve been really leaning into all the sparkle this year. It’s only November and I’ve broken out the sequins a few times. They just make everything feel a little more festive and fun. Emerson Fry makes some of the best with an interior liner, great durability, comfort and fit. My particular dress comes with a belt (not pictured) that makes it easy to tie for a more fitted look.
