Sharing the easiest tuna salad today that makes a great salad topper or dip with crackers. With just 4 ingredients, it has that perfect savory taste with a bit of crunch. Lots of protein + healthy fats make it a great lunch option ;)
All you need is a small can of tuna or packet (my favorite are the Starkist pouches), 1 tbs dijon mustard, 1 tbs avocado mayo, and a diced radish for a single serving. I mix it all up in a bowl and then scoop on top of a bed of spinach with sliced cherry tomatoes and avocado. No dressing needed! Just sprinkle a bit of salt for taste. Occasionally I’ll throw some diced mushrooms in there for added nutrients that are easily mixed with the tuna!
