I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to say goodbye to December 2021. While we were able to escape for a lovely family vacation, the rest of the month was spent missing all the holiday festivities, weeks of school, and fighting a plethora of bugs that ran through our house. How one person can have 7 bugs in 6 weeks is beyond me but I know it was a nationwide problem and that many of you experienced the same thing. I hope your family is staying healthy!
I have so much motivation going into January with all the things I want to do and accomplish in the new year. It’s so easy to have a fresh start with zero plans on the calendar. From eating better to purging my house of unnecessary items to focusing on overall well-being, I plan to un-clutter and cleanse this January.
I created a calendar for a few items but I find a running to-do list more manageable than a calendar that says you have to do X on Y day. But I’ve included a calendar in case you’re a visual person and need to print and add your goals manually!
I read my list to Eric and he thought it was pretty ambitious. But I think getting off of social media for the majority of the month (my first to-do item) will give me back at least an hour and a half of time each day. I think I can actually do all these things!
So get out a piece of paper or notepad and start creating your list. Here is mine:
