I’ve been eager to find the perfect mocktail to sip on during the holiday season. I’m not generally a mocktail person because they are often filled with syrups and sugars but I created something that is light in that area and totally tasty.

This recipe is super simple! I tried quite a few variations before I found the perfect one.

INGREDIENTS:

Flavored soda water. I prefer BIG SWIG’s Chile Mango. Anything with lemon, lime, or citrus should do it.

Applejuice

100% cranberry juice (not the cocktail kind although I’m sure that would be even more delicious!)

Fresh rosemary for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Fill a lowball glass with 75% ice.

Pour in soda water until it reaches top of ice.

Fill remainder with apple juice but leave room at top.

Add a splash of cranberry juice… I use a TBS!

Garnish with rosemary ;)
