Hi friends! We are 3 days into our TAG Motivation Challenge and it’s already feeling like the biggest pick-me-up this month. Even though I’ve personally had a few set backs (broken fridge, broken computer…sigh!), I’ve felt inspired by so many tagging me on IG and telling me how excited they are about getting back on track.
Today I wanted to share a few women participating in the challenge and their hopes and goals for their own wellness. I thought it would be a great way to give you all some more ideas and also see that this is a great way to feel good, no matter what your current lifestyle is like! You may recognize a few of them ;)
Even if not every item on our checklist is for you, or even if you aren’t off to a great start, today’s a good day to begin! Small goals are great goals and anything that makes us feel accomplished is wonderful.
