Fitness motivation for the week!

Charlie started swim lessons at a very intense swim school! He was the only child in the class not crying. In fact, he loved it so much he wanted to jump back in the pool after the lessons were over while other children were begging their parents not to take them back. My little water baby! Further reinforcement that these lessons are SO necessary.
