I should call these no-fail pancakes because no matter if they turn out sloppy or mushy, the delicious taste is all that matters!
Ingredients:
1 banana
2 eggs
A pinch of cinnamon
Bonus: peanut butter & syrup for added flavor!
Directions:
Blend ingredients in a mixer or blender
Cook over low heat on stove! This is important so they don’t burn. It does take bit of time though!
When pancakes bubble, go ahead and flip!
My toddler is even pickier than he was 6 months ago so I love having options for him that are healthy and that he’ll love! It’s nice to have something to break up the peanut butter sandwiches and yogurt, right?
