Over the weekend I felt my first braxton hicks contractions and I’m pretty sure baby girl has dropped. Moving right along! She will be here before we know it!

I thought I’d share some motivation today for me and for you. I want to focus on CELEBRATING my body this year instead of getting back to where I was pre-baby. I want to honor the hard work it has done and treat myself to extra water and a little grace. Whether it’s pampering myself with a massage or putting my feet up and letting myself RELAX while watching a show, I want to remember that what is important is my health and happiness, not the way my stomach looks with stretch marks. If I ever doubt myself this year, remind me of this!
We hosted a shower at our house over the weekend for our good friends who are expecting a baby girl the week before we are. It was a sunny warm day and we had such a fun time celebrating. It made me realize how lucky we are to have made such wonderful friends in Austin.
Yay love all of this! Great inspiration as well – I’m seeing that a lot this year and it is a great goal for 2019 :) can’t wait to meet baby girl!!
