Why are guys so hard to shop for? I know my husband well enough to pick out gifts for him but even I struggle with him sometimes. The most impossible person on my list? My dad. He loves keeping the things he bought 30 years ago and the idea of these products lasting a lifetime makes him proud. So he’d rather keep them then have anything replaced! There goes a few of my ideas, ha.
This year I feel like I nailed Christmas gifts for Eric. Eric, if you’ve stopped by this blog post, X out! No more reading!
One of the things he wanted this year was a duffle bag for his short travel days and he found a local Austin company called Tecovas that makes leather duffle bags. I ordered him this gorgeous weekend bag! (TBH, he knows this one is under the tree).
I noticed his cologne is running low so I picked up more Hanae Mori (I loooove this scent). I also have been contemplating these airpods because I hear SO much about them and I would love it if he had easy headphones to wear while he watches his videos before bed. They’re a bit pricey but I hear they are the real deal.
Last year I shared a bit about Mizzen + Main because they are Eric’s favorite dress shirt. The material is wrinkle free so they are great shirts to have for travel! He swears by this brand and I feel like they are the only shirts he wears!
I included a Patagonia Better Sweater in this gift guide because I think zip ups make guys look so good. I also love these plaid pajamas (50% off right now)! Sometimes a gift for your guy is also a gift for you ;)
A few years ago I got Eric a cheap wallet abroad and after a few months of use, it fell apart. I realized that a nice wallet is worth the investment. And I love the look of a leather one!
Other practical gifts? A pair of loafers and a good toiletry bag.
Have you shopped for your guy? What did you get him?!
