This is the first of many pictures taken of leaves in front of places. Can you believe that deep red maple leave color? I actually tried taking this leaf home with me but it didn’t survive the trip. I think it would be so cool to save one of these and frame it. I just haven’t figured out the DIY part ;)
How is your week going? It’s so weird to have turned out AC off for heat. I have to go out and buy Charlie pants and sweaters because he is lacking. But I’ve been happy to break out all my thick sweaters! Although I must admit they are starting to not fit me already, ha. I think it’s time I actually get some maternity clothing.
On to Tuesday Five!

Add The Girl You Left Behind by Jojo Moyes to your reading list. It’s a good one.
While in Québec we had mostly chilly overcast weather. But on our last day the sun came out and it was a glorious autumnal moment. Eric and I meandered around town and through this park where he found this leaf. We sat on a bench and talked about life while enjoying our surroundings. This is exactly what I envision when I think of autumn bliss and I can’t really even begin to explain how much I miss it. It was the perfect way to end our trip!
