I’m making if for the 3rd time this week because we have flown through these and I just bought an extra bread pan so I can make two and bring a loaf to a friend. What I love about this specific recipe is it has the perfect amount of sweetness without actually adding any sweeteners. Even natural ones like maple syrup or honey. No, the sweetness in this one comes from the banana and the coconut flour.

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips!
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Grease a bread pan and lay aluminum foil or a baking sheet over pan. Grease again.
In a mixing bowl, add banana, eggs, and almond butter. Blend until smooth.
In a small bowl, mix coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add to mixing bowl.
For a little extra sweetness, add chocolate chips!
Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 40 minutes!
