We got away for the weekend to visit Eric’s family for his grandfather’s 90th birthday! It was great having C spend time with his cousins and for a little break from the heat. Even when I am home with Charlie, I sometimes feel like I’m busy busy busy. I paused for a moment while he was eating his dinner last night just to soak him in. I got really close to his face and talked to him. He grabbed mine and we touched noses and he giggled with happiness. And my heart just exploded. I just love him so much.
