You know when you buy something and you’re really excited about it and then the next day it goes on sale but sells out in your size before you can buy it again? Yeah, that happens to me a lot. But I wanted to share the sale going on at Madewell because the fall selection is so good.
I have always been a sweater collector but it took the last year for me to start wearing cardigans. I’ve never really felt comfortable in tank tops but now that I’m wearing knotted tees all the time, the cardigan really elevates the outfit. I just bought this colorblock cardigan and I’m OBSESSED. It’s beyond soft and will give you all the cozy feels. With everything Madewell, I tend to size down. I can’t speak for denim though as I have never bought it but when it comes to tops, I just prefer a tighter fit.
I just bought these loafers that have a slight heel and make me feel feminine without giving my feet too hard of a time. I wanted something I could wear this fall and winter that would still give me a tiny bit of height without putting my ankles at risk. I absolutely love the cognac color of these and how well they match my fall wardrobe. They look so chic with denim and sweaters.

My self control when shopping for fall is so limited after holding back most of the summer. This is by far my favorite season to dress for.
