Straw Handbags Under $100 + Exciting Life Update!

I am getting out of the house today whether it rains or not. It’s been a doozy of a week over here with this hazy, humid weather. Normally I’m all about a thunderstorm once in a while but this humidity has been heavy and it feels like we’ve had so much rain this spring. I’ve been cooped up and stir crazy making me realize how much being outdoors and walking has become essential for my sanity, ha. The good news is that Charlie took a few of the best naps of his life this week! So someone appreciates the gloomy haze ;)

Now let’s talk about something exciting! We officially have a closing date and I’m ecstatic to finally move into our house next month! Have you been following along on Instagram? I have shared a few updates on my House highlight reel. Cabinets, fixtures, and floors are in! We have a few inspections, things to fix, and carpet to be installed. But other than that, it looks pretty ready for us. Stay tuned for home decor posts coming to the blog :)

In the meantime, I’ll share some adorable handbags that are perfect for summer and so trendy right now. If there’s anything I can get on board with, it’s a cute (and practical!) handbag that’s affordable. The reason I love these rattan/straw/wicker handbags is because they compliment summer outfits so effortlessly. They are the perfect touch to those light and airy colors. I just scooped up this circle crossbody that I can’t wait to bring to Florida with me in a few weeks. I’m really in need of a good beach tote but the idea of adding that to my growing packing list of endless baby stuff seems daunting so I’ll just stick with a small bag for now ;)
