Hi Friends! Did you celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day? You know me and Holidays: I love any excuse to celebrate! We were able to fly back to Chicago where we met up with my college friends and introduced our babies! Only half the crew could make it, but it was an absolute blast. Now we’re back in sunny Austin, ready to take on a new week.

Can you believe Easter is next week? I’ve already started jamming out to my Jesus Christ Superstar playlist. A great annual tradition that brings back nostalgic family memories of karaoke sessions and Sunday night dinners. I’ve got the cutest outfit planned for Charlie and am excited to pick out a pastel dress to wear :)

After a few weeks of various ailments and lack of sleep, I have decided to try Whole 30 for the next month. We don’t have much on the calendar so I figured it would be the best time to make this easier on myself. I just got back from the grocery after meal planning and I’m excited for all these recipes! I’ll be making fajitas, a chicken cobb salad, burgers, salmon, and fun omelettes! I think the biggest challenge will be saying goodbye to wine for a while… But I’ve done it before and I can do it again! If any of you have tried it and have some favorite recipe recommendations for me, send them my way!
