It’s February but I’m finally posting my goals and hopes for The Autumn Girl in 2018. 2018 is going to be a year to remember. I can feel it already. Personally, it’s going to be a huge year of change. We’ll be moving into the house we’ve been building since last fall and I’m looking forward to more space and a big open kitchen with natural light! I can’t wait to decorate Charlie’s nursery and finally invest in bedding that I love. Georgina will finally make her way from our living room to Charlie’s bedside and Eric will be ever so pleased ;)
Our lives changed drastically over the last year as you know. And we couldn’t be happier. Charlie is a miracle who has brought so much joy to our lives. I have loved sharing special moments of him with you and as you’ve probably noticed, The Autumn Girl has taken on new projects, many of them baby related. In fact, this stage of motherhood seems to resonate with so many of you and I love that I’ve been a source for inspiration and advice. I also love that when I’m at a loss, I can turn to you with questions or concerns and find insight and peace of mind. We’re in this together, mamas!
But things may slow down a bit around here. These days, I don’t really have a ton of time to myself. I’m currently writing this in bed while Charlie takes a nap. I have tons on my mind, but a lot of content I still need to photograph. And getting out to take outfit pictures has become quite a challenge, especially now that I often bring the baby with me.
I will do my best to keep posting and engaging with you. This outlet gives me so much inspiration and motivation. But I’m going to focus on quality over quantity, you know what I mean? As far as what to expect with The Autumn Girl this year, you can expect to see more recipes, home decor, baby favorites, and at home fashion shoots. Our new house is going to open up new doors for me and my blogging and I cannot wait to share. I hope to not only streamline my content and be more focused, but to re-vamp my website too. If there is specific kind of content that I’ve done before or new stuff you would love to see, please comment or email me :) I love your ideas!
Thank you for being such wonderful friends and following along! Stay tuned for exciting content coming your way!

I feel ya, girlfriend! I love blogging and it’s been a perfect outlet while I stay at home with my baby right now. But, it’s hard to find the time some days. I dropped down from posting three days a week to just two days, and I’m trying to put a bigger focus on quality over quantity also. Looking forward to seeing what else 2018 has in store for you, mama!

Thanks, Britney! I honestly don’t know how some mamas get so much blogging in when they have a little one at home. More power to them! I think quality over quantity will serve us both better :) Thanks for being such a great cheerleader!
