Cozy Teddy Vest

One of my favorite daily activities is getting out on a walk with Charlie and the dogs. It relieves all of us of our cabin fever and gives us a chance for fresh air. Leisurely walking gives me time to recharge and refresh. And I do most of my thinking while exercising. I knew having a baby would change my life, but I didn’t want it to stop me from being me and doing things I love. So I’ve started including Charlie in my activities and it’s made me a happier person.

I generally wear tennis shoes when I walk because we walk for a long time but I am showing off my favorite slides here because they are so effortlessly fabulous and I’m so glad I bought them! They are an every-season shoe and compliment a variety of outfits so well. They also come in a camel color if that suits you better (and are on sale). I recommend going up half a size!

What I really want to talk about though is this cozy ‘teddy’ vest. I bought it right before Christmas and I wore it every day while home in Chicago. It is SO warm you guys. And fuzzy. I have a black vest I bought years ago that has alway been my go-to, but I’m so glad to have this one to throw in the mix! Also, my mock neck sweater is under $40 and comes in 7 colors!

The winter weather has been all over the place here! We had icy twenty degree temps and tomorrow its going to be 70. I’ll be snuggling up in this cozy vest today and then shedding some layers this weekend :)
