We’re in prime sweater weather season right now in Austin and I’m absolutely loving it. Think 60 degrees, sunshine, and the occasional breeze. It’s not quite warm enough for the patio but when it comes to winter, does it get much better?
When I get dressed each day, I don’t like putting a ton of thought into it. I want the process to be easy but I also want to feel put together. That’s why I love this season. All I have to do is pull on a sweater or knit tee with jeans and wear booties when I do my errands instead of flip flops.
I’ve started acquiring low heel booties now that I have a little one. These are shoes I can wear for hours without getting tired feet. And they look good. Comfort is key but sometimes feeling fresh and put together is really what we want. We walk with a new spring in our step and more confidence when we feel good about what we’re wearing.
I recently bought the most comfortable skinny jeans and I’m obsessed to say the least. They are so comfortable and actually are tight at the ankle which I love for pairing with ankle boots. They’re on sale for 33% off and I highly recommend you try them if you’re in the market for some new jeans.
Also, can one really have too many sweaters? My collection is growing and I’m not mad about it.

I hope you have great week! C and I just left a work out class early because he had a melt down… I mean I get it, it’s hard being a baby! But mama needs that whole 45 mins, kiddo. We’ll try again later this week.
