What gets you motivated to work out? What drives you to sweat a little or hit that pavement? Is it a weight loss goal? Is it a method to find more energy? Is it purely to keep your health in check? For me, it’s most often an opportunity to free my mind and think.
Usually a gorgeous day or a new song on my playlist will do the trick and make me crave a good run. I love using music as a motivator to throw my gym shoes on.

3. Lose Control- Missy Elliot (because some songs never get old)
I understand that running is not for everyone. Neither is biking, dancing, lifting weights, or playing a sport. We all find different ways to exert energy.
