Today is Friday which means that its the weekend which means that in only TWO days I’m flying out to London to meet my sisters for a European adventure! I would be lying if I didn’t say I packed my suitcase two days ago. Can you believe how fast July is flying by? Neither can I!
Today I’m sharing one of my favorite finds this season: a white crochet off the shoulder top! And guys, it comes in 3 colors and is under $40! What’s even more fun is that I also got this in Olive Green (duh) and it’s arriving later today, just in time for my trip! OTS tops are the best. I’m not sure why I haven’t owned one until now. They are the perfect way to show off some skin without being too skimpy. For someone who is often critical of her shoulders, I’m excited to embrace this body part and showit off! Backs are the new legs… you know what I mean?
I’ve gotta give you a heads up though- DO NOT wash this top OR dry it. You must hand wash and air dry. Maybe even order a size up… I didn’t pay attention and I shrank mine quite a bit… good thing it still fits!
I bought these shorts a few weeks ago at the JCrew outlet. I got them in red too and I’m sad that the patterned version is sold out! I tagged a similar pair, equally as cute, up above. There are so many awesome shorts too choose from and they fit so well! I wouldn’t normally pair this top with these shorts but they were both recent purchases and I wanted to show them off, so I did… and I think they kind of look great! I usually like a little distressed denim with a top like this.
The Nordstrom Anniversary sale is in full swing so head on over and see what you can find! I bought my Jack Rogers sandals tagged above at the Half Yearly sale and I’m still so happy about it. They go with every summer dress I’ve worn thus far.
