Does anyone else feel a little lighter now that the Christmas season is upon us? And don’t think about what you ate on Thanksgiving or since then. We all know our pants our tighter.

I know I’ve been a little redundant with these happy lists… But I’m HAPPY, OKAY. And I’ve had quite a bit of coffee this morning, so bear with me.
