Have you heard of Fabletics before? Or seen the commercials with Kate Hudson doing a dance off with some girlfriends and secretly wished you could be her? You’re not alone (ha!). She definitely has that effect. Vivacious; fun loving; …FIT. Naturally she would be a great fitness ambassador. Fabletics is Kate Hudson’s athletic brand that has a plethora of fabulous work out gear.
My sisters got me hooked last summer after sporting the cutest tanks and cut out leggings. When you purchase your first outfit from Fabletics, you can get a 2 piece set for $25. You are automatically enrolled in their VIP program though when you take them up on that discount. *Now this is important* When you enroll in their VIP program, you have an opportunity to shop an outfit for a discounted price at the beginning of each month. If you don’t “skip” the month or take them up on their offer, you will be charged $50 which you can use toward your next outfit. If you’re like me, you’re good at making notes on your calendar to skip when you aren’t in the position to purchase each month. I have yet to be charged for forgetting. But if you’re someone who struggles with this, you can use the VIP membership to get your first outfit discounted and then cancel your membership after.
The reason I love Fabletics so much is because they have different outfits released every single month. There is always something new to choose from! It makes it hard for me to sell you this specific outfit because they sell out so quickly, but I promise you’ll find something else you love just as much when you browse their site :)
Along with cute athleisure gear, I love a good work out.
What gets you motivated to go to the gym? What drives you to sweat a little or hit that pavement? Is it a weight loss goal? Is it a method to find more energy? Is it purely to keep your health in check? For me, it’s most often an opportunity to free my mind and think.
My favorite work outs are either long walks with the dogs to Zilker, running along Town Lake, or working out at my favorite barre studio: MOD Fitness. I love having a place where I can meet other people, tone my muscles, and keep my body in shape. Plus their instructors slay. It’s a great balance between my runs and cardio work outs. I try my best to be as well balanced as possible.
Usually a gorgeous day or a new song on my playlist will get me excited and crave a good run. I love using music as a motivator to throw my gym shoes on.

11. Wonderland- Taylor Swift (because… Taylor Swift)
