My bestie Liz sent me this Tasty recipe a couple of weeks ago and I can’t stop making these delicious banana nut muffins. Tasty dictates recipes through video. If you’re a visual learner, this one’s for you.
I changed only a couple of things, but either if you follow my directions or watch the video, this recipe is DELICIOUS! Enjoy!
2 large ripe bananas
3/4 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbs honey
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Grease muffin tray with Pam or Canola Spray
In a mixer, blend almond butter, peeled bananas, and eggs.
Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, honey, baking soda, and salt.
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes
